This is a printed version of the popular website, and it is very useful for advance preparation of the time spent on-line doing research, especially for those people who must pay for their internet connection by the minute, and for those who use libraries and Family History Centers where there may be a set time limit for computer access. The printed version allows you to plan the focus of your search before going on-line, which could bring greater results overall. There is an alphabetical category index as well as a topical index, which makes it easy to find the subject you are looking for, whether it�s researching a particular country or state, or finding a website for calendar conversions, weights and measures, mailing lists, maps, railroad resources, etc. If you can think of a topic, it's likely that there is a listing pertaining to it. While you can find all these websites on-line, chances are you would not have the time to explore every link.
