This wonderful pictorial consists of photographs from various areas in Southington, as well as a book if 15 beautiful postcards of historical treasures in the town of Southington.

Each picture is beautifully reproduced in Black and White, and is identified fully with captions next to each picture.

This book and Postcard album are part of a series being compiled by arcadia publishing to preserve and share the history of hundreds of individual communities throughout the country. Each title will be a record of the town or city’s unique history using more than two hundred photographs.

It’s unique in the way that it records the pictorial history of an era that is now gone, and helps to keep the unique history of Southington in the eyes of the current generations.
