Genealogy Events

In addition to the events hosted by CSG year-round, there are a few other notable genealogy events which we feel may be of general interest to our membership. They include the events described below.

New England Regional Genealogical Conference (NERGC)
April 27-29, 2007 — Hartford, Connecticut

The New England Regional Genealogical Conference is held every other year and is the most important event focused on New England research. While many speakers cover topics well beyond the six New England states, there is an emphasis on many things close to home.

Mark your calendars, the last event in Portland, Maine was a HUGE success and Hartford promises to be even better.

National Genealogical Society (NGS) 2007 Conference in the States
May 16-19, 2007 — Richmond, Virginia

The 29th Annual Conference of the National Genealogical Society, held each spring in the United States.
